When my computer hard drive crashed last year and all other attempts to rescue some very important documents and pictures proved futile, I took my computer to Larry at Computer Genius and he was able to recover ALL my documents in less than a half hour! ...and yes, I now have those documents and pictures on back up... When the guys at Computer Genius say they fix computers, they mean it. A lot of places give you a vague answer with a lot of jargon and not a lot of help. That is if you can figure out which button to push when you get the automated answering services. When my computer started acting up on me I didn't know what the problem was. I called several places and they told me to do this or that and I had no idea what they were talking about. When I called Computer Genius they said bring it in and we will take a look at it together. I did and the news was not good. What I needed I couldn't afford to do at the time so they "worked something out with me". A while later it stopped working again. I didn't bother to call anyone else. They said I needed a new mother board and a new hard drive. I won't even tell you what they did because you wouldn't believe me if I did.

When my boss needed a new computer for the office he searched around (he always searches for the best deal available). He offered me a bonus if I could find a better deal than what he had found. Guess who I called! It had been more than a year since I had talked with them yet they recognized my voice! Talk about a personal touch. I am now working on Computer Genius equipment both at home and at work. They transferred everything from the old hard drive onto the new computer and when I took it back to the office it was as if I were working on the same machine... Just faster. They had told me how to go about saving certain information so that it would work seamlessly between the two hard drives but of course I had forgotten. With one phone call they walked me through it and now it works beautifully.

Help! My computer won't boot-up..... Help! I have a virus.... Help! I need upgrades....Sound familiar. I've had all these problems. The friendly knowledgeable service of Computer Genius has helped me keep my personal and business pc's up and running. One occasion, my harddrive went bad right during the day. My "Cadd" progam was down with a deadline to meet the next day. I called Computer Genius. They were able to recover the files I needed to complete my project. The next day I had a new, larger harddrive and an external harddrive backup system. Thanks Computer Genius. I'm sure I'll be back.
